Admin Tip #6: Add company logo to General tab of System control panel applet

Hits: Failed to execute CGI : Win32 Error Code = 3

If you want to put the company logo or any other bitmap on the Systems applet's General tab, create a 180 x 114 bmp and save it as %systemroot%\system32\oemlogo.bmp. I am not a graphics person (as you probably noticed) - seems too small to use for a photo.

If you want to add your name and phone number, create %systemroot%\system32\oeminfo.ini which has content:
