Configure NT to broadcast server announcements to LAN Manager clients

If you run NET VIEW on a LAN Manager client and the list of NT workstations and servers in the domain is not available for several minutes, the problem is due to the Windows NT broadcast design. To resolve in NT 40: set the * entry in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\LanManServer\Parameters to 1.
