User Tip #30: IE5 full-screen

Hits: Failed to execute CGI : Win32 Error Code = 3

By default, IE5 does not open full-screen. To force it to open full-screen upon start use the following Windows NT registry hack, Cut and paste the following script into fullscreen.reg file and run it.
