Right-click Start button and choose Open. Right-click within the Start Menu window, select New, Folder. When the new folder appears, copy and paste the following text into the folder's title field:

Printers.{2227A280-3AEA-1069-A2DE-08002B30309D}

Now when you click Start. Printer Panel will be part of Windows NT Start Menu list. When you move your mouse over the new Printer Panel folder, a cascading menu of all your system's printers will appear.
