Disable Recycle Bin

User Tip #114: Disable Recycle Bin

Hits: Failed to execute CGI : Win32 Error Code = 3

You can disable the Recycle Bin functionality :

Right-click Recycle Bin icon
Select Properties
Select Global
Check Remove files immediately upon delete option

I would not recommend this as a normal user setting but if you have a specialized environment.
