User Tip #95: Disable Recycle Bin file delete confirmation

Hits: Failed to execute CGI : Win32 Error Code = 3

If disable the delete confirmation dialog for Recycle Bin, right-click on the Recycle Bin icon, select Properties. Unclick the Display delete confirmation dialog.
